Hello to Roger and Patti in the wilds of Minnesota ....
might -add further north then I am.
Also hello and cheers to everyone reading along, and mabe
some having the Toasted Western, or Denver Omlet or
whatever, it is tagged with in your area of mud.
Reminds me of the "Pikelet - Pancake" debate..hahahaha :)
> They call them Denver Omlets around here in southern
> minnesota where I live. I never did like them.
I think sometimes Roger, it depends on where , and
whom makes it. Ha some really bads ones too...and
some really nice versions.

I haven't had one in a long time too ... and if I
did I made it. I know what you mean about the
"belly" and yeah too ... I have that pair of pants
sitting in my closet, and after a trip to a buffet
place, well I didn't fit into a pair I always wear
and also never really ate for a few days...no need.
Funny thing...after all the Middle East and Asian
delights of food, and treats..I made the mistake
of North American to try...and that was the killer.
Will not happen again ... Folks in the Middle East
and Asians know food. How not to get stuffed
and enjoy eating without killing themselves.

I have hit the indoor bike circuit... yep...peddling
no where fast, and watching the time and kilometers
and calories burn away, and feeling a bit lighter.
When I played sports, it was so easy to loose weight
and all year, pool and playing was a great factor
but now with injury and surgerical post problems
well it looks like my home gym and the bike for
now.
I joke about it all the time, telling everyone that
Maria gets me up in the afternoon with a Cattle Pod
and between the zaps and sounds there is the smell
of buring flesh...and mostly ... FAT.
Then there is the reason I can swim off the beaches in
Brasil. Easy... the sharks love those Brasilian swimmers
but after a mouthful of me, or a nibble...they spit it
out and it is due to freezer burn.
Sounds like a job for OM @WW ...we can all keep fit by
working together... mmm.. take weights now all participants
and see you over there...hahahahaha
> It is very dry around here. No rain for the last month.
We've had on and off days of rain.

Our corn has been ok ... soya beans...mmm the news of that
made TV about using it for a fuel, or something, and the
building of a plant here to process it....oh yeah they
also were going to process it for spreading on the highways
instead of the usual stuff... funny.

Good to hear from you Roger ... Remember to stay away from
" KFC " and that new creation designed to make you FAT.
When I saw it on TV ...and now it is coming to CANADA....
eerrrrr ...no... I am less and less into restaurants for
reasons and well this make me even less inclined.
See you all again .... raking leafs today...sunny blue
sky but what a cool breeze coming off the lake.
