Hello Everyone,
Fun to see allof the responces to the Toasted Western.
They call them Denver Omlets around here in southern
minnesota where I live. I never did like them.
I can't eat stuff like that anymore now. I am on
a strick diet to get rid of this belly I have. so
I can get back into the levies I have sitting in
the closet. I have lost 15 pounds in the last month
but now I am stuck. So I'll just have to eat a lot
less I guess to get started losing more weight.
I have about 35 more pounds to go to get down to
the weight I want to get to. Then I'll be small enough
to maybe buy some new ones, which would be nice.
It is very dry around here. No rain for the last month.
Of course the farmers are having a good time harvesting
the corn and soy beans this fall. And they are going
to have a bumper crop this year. But you know how farmers
are. The corn moister content of the corn and soy beans
is to low, so they are going to get as much for
the crops as they would be getting if it was a little higher.
But one other thing about being to low in moister, they
are not having to run the corn or soy beans through
their crop dryers and that saves them a lot of money
on fuel costs. Thats the news from here.
Both the wife ( Patty ) and me are doing good.
73 to all from Roger in southern minnesota U.S.A.
