of this the canadian Thanksgiving weekend... you were busy
with the "Toasted Western" which comes from the USA.

Billie ... Trust me! The "Toasted Western" as I like it
is with great tasting bread ... and the only thing I do
different is adding Ketchup. Sometimes due to whatever
dipping it.
Don't worry about the flip .... I have a big cast iron frypan
and after mixing it all and the pan is hot <g> ... I pop
a smear of marg or butter in the bottom and pour in and let
it fry bubble or whatever...and when time to flip...well
that is determined by how many eggs you use and milk..and
I have never made them a 1 or 2 for the eggs or the milk
I pour until it looks good and covers and the mixture is
still slimm with eggs whatever...hhahahahahaa.
So flip away and enjoy .... pretty...always!

Yeah might be an idea to shut off when you are through with
the frying and flipping and having fun. On the subject of
Onions, I have used red or spanish and whites too so no problem
and chopped bacon or ham or sausage, and even some green chopped
onions too whatever your fancy.

Hmmm ... If I get my HF up again...I might go for a HF
YL or OM net or something on 80 or 40m with this ...

We came home yesterday to avoid the long weekend traffic
but we are headed back out and northbound, and all that
soon when we are re-supplied and less trash to haul there
annd back.
As always...will be on HF 3755 on 80m or 7255 on 40m if
anyone wants to know and I will make it also 14.330 20m
for the YL Net operating there on the west coast.
Not sure if there is any photos on the URL I have at MSN
myspace so I will have to have a look and update.
