Hello again, Peter, and others interested in the subject!

The "Toasted Western" is a new dish to me, but it sounds
quite tasty. I will have to give it a try. I'm not a great
"flipper," so my first try probably won't be very pretty.
That shouldn't affect the taste, however. And, I'll remember
to turn off the fire. But, I have an electric stove--no fire,
but a red hot burner left on is not good either.

Mark, KQ0I, who was on our PCL Net Monday night had read
the messages about the "Toasted Western," also, and was
interested in your answer, Peter. So, Mark, if you are
reading this message, check out Peter's answer
"RE KB0WSA and everyone." This might be something else
you would like to try in your cooking endeavors.

Have a safe trip in the yellow submarine and enjoy the
colors on the trees, Peter.

73, Billie
