Hello Billie and everyone reading along ....

Yes .. I know you are from the same town and area my cousin's
husband is from. I even while posting , thought you might
happen to know, as the "toasted western" I knew and great up
on and loved was from the USA.

There are various ways and ingridents that make up the Toasted
Western. Toasted or not , no matter. What it starts with
is a saucer and chopped beacon or ham into bits. I prefer
chopping my own bacon or ham. Also you can pre cook the bacon
or ham before...or throw in rare. Next comes chopped onions
any type you want..I used leftovers.

Ok with the saucer, ou pop an egg in or two...I used one
and then added some milk. The amount of milk depends on
how thick you want the mix. experiment.

So the saucer now has the egg <s> and the milk...and also
the bacon or ham and chopped onions or whatever... pepper
if you want... and make sure that frying pan is hot and
ready to go ...Maria calls m cooking like this cremeation.

Pour contents of the saucer in and when it gets toasted
underneath...flip it over ... aaah mmm good luck..sometimes
it goes over nice other times not so pretty but you'll
have fun .... get the toaster ready and going...cuz
when it "pops" your western might be...well it is ready.

NOTE: Please remember to turn off the stove!!!!
==============================================   at the
end and after you carry the pan over and flip the
western onto the toast.... hahahahaha ...no fires.

So now the western is on the toast...and you can have
ASIS or anyway you want.

Let me know if this is not the better treat then that
Omlette thing they give folks in the restaurants.

Also, I read that Sarah has been stung by the bees
and I have memorys of that experience and my dog SAM
when he got it on the nose, and nearly died.

Trees a turning ... Yellow Submarine casting off
for the painted trees of the North...
