I'm not sure if you're suggesting that passive smoking is a lot of hot air,
but I know from personal experience that inhaling someone elses cigarette
smoke would cause me to get angina, in one case, quite severe.

As to mobile phones, a local ham used to (and probably still does) tell all
the whingers about a huge RF energy source spewing its output all over
the local city inhabitants, quoting the power level and grid reference (or
lat/long) of its location so they could investigate this outrage for
themselves and protest to the health authorities and demand its removal.
(It was a TV transmission tower three or four hundred feet high on a 1,000
foot high hill overlooking the city. Been there for decades.)

Another ham pointed out that cell sites are healthy for you. If you have
one close by, your own cellphone reduces its power automatically, so if
they do indeed affect brain cells, the effect will be less. Thus, in the
interests of the best health of children, cell sites should be built in the
grounds of all schools.
