GETTING IT RIGHT ! (PART 1.)
I sensed that Ian G0TEZ had made a "stuff up".
I recently sent a bulletin on the subject of Time Zones, only because an
American operator had sent to me, apparently by mistake, a "P"type message
on that subject.
As a matter of convenience I on-forwarded the message from the USA, as a
bulletin, to the network and added a few general comments on the matter of
time zones here in Australia.
To my surprise I also then received a "P" type message from G0TEZ
beginning as follows:-

The opening sentence appeared to me to indicate that this was really
intended as a bulletin for all to see. Why he had sent this to me on a
direct basis was somewhat of a puzzle.
I produced a reply to G0TEZ susggesting that this may have been the case.
My suspicions were correct as I have now seen a "mixed up" version, dated
3rd October, containing (supposed) quotation marks that he has placed on
the network.
Already, at least a couple of other VK operators have commented on G0TEZ's
comments apparently trying to correct his misconceptions.

I am again confused re the bulletin of Ian,which appeared to be all in
quotes including the footer ; so is Ian quoting himself or the other Ian ?

message to me.
I will post it under the same heading as above and will label it PART 2.
