Hello
I want to add to my previous bulletin the idea that the
device in question might have been using a "Parachute" of
clear plastic material - I am beeing more familiar with
silk/cloth or such. This might explain that no parachute as
such was observed but a change in form and size...e.g.
ellipsoid etc.( Reflection of the chute etc.)
My observation was purely by eye , no gllasses used.
A parachute with any sort of burning substance beneath would
be carry further , might even gain height and would of
course follow the prevailing winds.
Here U have an explanation.
Maybe then maybe not. For the ones we cannot dream up one ,
we should go for.
