When I read the above posting, it reminded me, of this
passed summer, in the marina, when I was sitting there
chatting with the night security on the boat, having a
drink and all the boating scuttlebut...so what happened
next was startling and ...well it reminded me of your
plastic UFO.

Just happened to look to the EAST of the marina, and
a greenish light coming straight for us, no sound and
gaining attitude. What it turned out to be was a
green garbage bag, with a candle mounted inside on a
crossbar to creat the heat <hot air> needed to fill
the bag and get it airborne.... It certainly broke
the scene at the marina that night.

Don't know how far it got...never heard of any reports
or landings or fires <hahaha> but ..well hope you get
a smile from that one.
