Tranquille - North Of Kamloops, British Columbia Lights Making Figure Eight Motions
Date: July, 1968 . Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.
Report 1 from witness.
HBCC UFO Research Note: The witness who submitted this sighting report below, also filed two others reports in the same email. I have decided to break them up into three different reports. All of the sighting are good ones, but I was shocked when I read the last report on his email, this sighting for July 31, 2003. Possible Missing Time and if you all remember the case where two ladies had a missing time event in Kelowna, well this is where this man's event took place, same date and around the same time.
Also I would like to point out that the names in the report are the real names of the folks involved. I checked with the witness before releasing the names to make sure it was fine to do so, the OK was give.
My first sighting was in July, 1968 when my grandparents moved to their new home in Tranquille, B.C.. This place was a hospital for mentally retarded persons just north of Kamloops. My grandfather had just begun his new job as medical superintendent for the Tranquille school. The other witnesses besides my grandfather (Dr. John Bower), were his wife, Winifred Bower, my mother, a social worker/English teacher, Angela Linge, my father, Frederick Linge a psychologist, myself, and my younger sister, Rachel. We were taking a break from moving chores in the backyard around 11:00 P.M.. I looked up to the southern sky, just above the mountaintops and saw six bright lights flying around each other in what seemed to me like they were playing "tag" in the sky. The lights were doing figure eight motions at very high speed. We all watched the lights for about ten minutes. Then, the lights all formed a circle shape in the sky, hovered there for about ten seconds, then sped away in every direction from the centre of the circle. They moved so fast that after about a second or two, they were gone.

Nelson B.C (Along The Kootenay River) A Large Tubular Craft With Lights
Date: Approximately ten years ago. (March 1997) (?). Time: About 6:10 a.m.
I'd like to relate my UFO experience of approximately ten years ago. Now retired, I once worked for the city of Nelson B.C. I left for work one morning at my usual time of about 6:10 am. I believe it was early spring - probably March. I had to drive about four miles west of town, pick up my work mate and then the two of us would continue to our work site, just a couple miles west of town which is downstream on the Kootenay river. This morning was cool and the narrow valley we live in and at that time, can have patches of fog hanging above the river here and there. The road to my workmates home climbs up in the valley and I can get a view down towards the river. As I'm travelling along, I looked toward the river and noticed what looked to me to be a large tubular balloon (like a sausage) with three large lights along its side. Each light slowly blinking a different colour. Although I looked down toward it, it seemed to be floating along, perhaps 100 feet above the river, in a horizontal direction downstream. Suddenly it disappeared as it entered into a patch of fog. I picked up my buddy, and mentioned it to him on our way to work. My best guess as to its size would be possibly five feet thick and twenty feet long - a ratio of 1:4. Two mornings later, he said that he also had seen it, the evening before. We couldn't figure it out, so soon forgot about it. The name of the area is called Taghum and is popular for UFOs due to a series of hydro electric generating stations nearby.

Kelowna, British Columbia A Bright Light Engulfed Witness (Related To Major Case)

HBCC UFO Research Note: Now this is some interesting report. When I read it, it only took a couple of seconds before bells went off in my head. This experience related by the witness is on the exact same day, roughly the same time and in the same area the two women from Kelowna , B.C. went through a devastating sighting and missing time event. I placed a link over to the article I wrote up on the ladies experience.
The last sighting (probably the most disturbing) was in late July of 2003. I was living on Bernard ave. in Kelowna. It was about 10:15 P.M.. I walked about a mile to the McDonalds on highway 97 to get a hamburger. On the walk home about 11:00 P.M., I was walking toward Bernard ave via Spall rd. When I reached the railroad tracks, a bright light engulfed me and I felt a tingling sensation. The next thing I was aware of is I was in an orchard about 15 km. away and the time was 12:45. I had no idea where I was. I walked toward some lights and found an all night store from where I called a cab. The next day, I told my landlady what happened and she thought I was crazy. But a month later, in our local free paper was a story about 2 women who, on exactly the same night saw a bright light on the tracks on Spall rd. The women followed the light down the road (where the orchard was). The women got out of their vehicle where there were confronted by a group of tiny humanoids. This story was even broadcast on "Creepy Canada". I am not about to say I was abducted by the creatures, but I have no idea how I could black out and awaken 15 km. away (missing my eyeglasses).

Near Brighton U.K. Small Orb Changes To A Triangle In Shape
Date: May 18, 2007. Time: 02:00
The weather conditoions were clear, bright, lots of stars. The duration of the event was 3 - 5 minutes Until 6:00 a.m. Facing exactly west on the Greenwhich meridian towards Brighton. The number of UFOs witnessed were 12 in total. The height ,between 300 - 1000 feet. The size of the objects, half a thumb nail to a whole thumb.
I have seen so many UFO/ETV over the years in this area. They seem to like me for some reason. I am reporting this incident because up until now I have only ever seen discs, cylinders, and small orbs. However this weekend I was observing with my binoculars the usual assortment of small orbs. One began glowing a little larger then smaller then larger and so on. It changed from white to blue to red to white to blue and so on in sequence. After about 5 minutes it started rising slowing and moved from the south in an arc towards the north. It stopped over the house at the top of my street and was very low.
The shape of the craft changed from the smaller orb in an instant to a triangle with many more strobe lights directly in front of me. They wanted me to see them. The craft was much larger about the size of my thumb. It moved very slowly. There were no seagulls or foxes which I usually hear all night every night in fact in was very, very silent with the occasional car passing on the coast road. The car sound was not normal and appeared slowed down.As the craft moved along there was a sound rather like a Gale force wind with reverb. The sound was very slow almost like a slowed down video tape. The craft had an unusually large cloud behind it like a backdrop. The cloud was low because I could see stars above the cloud at eye level. The craft appeared to have lights that were different to the orbs as they were vertical, (The orb lights always appear rounded). The larger craft had vertical lights that were gold/white. These lights took up a lot of the space on the side and rear. After it stopped over the house (in perspective) facing north at the end of my street the sound stopped. An it was a small orb again.I went into the Garden and a few seconds later another two of these same triangle vehicles appeared facing directly east. Flying in an arc towards the north and seemed to disappear in the same location as the first. They did not land at Gatwick Airport ! They simply returned small orbs. They remained in sight until I went to bed at 6:00am.
I usually work at night in my computer room. I work from 10:00pm until 6:00am sometimes these hours fluctuate. The sightings have been going on for years. If you look for UFO sighting or UFO reports on Google for Brighton, Teslcombe Cliffs, Peacehaven, Saltdean, or even Sussex on Google UK you will see quite a few incidents. Many many more are not reported.

Sussex is the home to the famous Sussex Police Traffic Helicopter video 2001. Sussex is also the origin of 3 of the most famous Alien/EBE photos as shown by Jaime Maussan at various UFO conferences. Also the same weekend I saw them two pilots with 20 years flying service saw a mile long UFO off the coast of the Channel Islands. The Channel Islands are off the south coast of England which is where I live.
I am always scanned from several different angles by a transparent translucent beam or beams. The shape of the beams is always conical and always swings like a pendulum over other houses cars until it hits my window. I can see the residue as when a video tape is old and worn but not as obvious. It's very subtle. After about 3 or 4 beams have pendulumed over me or my room I always here popping sounds from the rooftops of the houses in my street. Then the sounds of the cars on the coast road start to sound slowed down like a slowed down video tape. After this the various craft appear some are incredibly bright. They know I am observing them with my telescope and Binoculars. They have surrounded my immediate vicinity on many an occasions. I see them when every one in my street is asleep. They sometimes look like they have parked their vehicles in front of where the stars would be. But they are so low sometimes just above the radio Tower they are not stars. They move all of them move. The police helicopter has chased them many times. They can in an instant change from Orb to Triangle to fake star. They know who I am. They have always known who I am. They are not evil they are good. They are the same people from other planets that make the Crop circles that are so famous in the UK. They communicate via thought projection or telepathy there are no words or voices. They bear no ill intent towards us. They are concerned for our well being.
The humming or vibration usually occurs when I got to my bedroom. The hum is audible. The silence of the street and the houses is unbelievable. By that I mean usually we have hundreds of squawking Seagulls, we live on a cliff, yapping foxes, cats fighting people snoring rowdy drunks etc. But on every occasion that I have heard and felt the humming vibration there is no sound outside. I check its not in my head or something like tinitus by turning on the TV which I can hear perfectly then turn off.I put my fingers in my ears no humming but I can feel it through my feet. If I touch the wall it is vibrating, the bed, the wooden table etc. I have even shone my maglite which I placed directly on the wall right up to it pressed against the wall. The wall was not my wall the torch shone through the wall. I have been visited since the age of 4. They have never harmed me. I have been dropped onto my bed from a height recently, I am 39 years old.

Brighton, U.K. Multiple UFOs And Cylinder/Cigar Shaped Craft
Date: June 1, 2007. Time: 01:00
Clear Bright Full moon and various sightings over a 5 hour period of time. I was facing directly west, the full moon in front for the first few orbs and triangles. However, later on directly overhead a cylinder/cigar. There were 10 UFOs at a variable height and the object were the size, most half a thumb nail but the cigar was huge.
I was checking the full moon with my telescope. There was an orb half a thumb away from the moon very close. I've never seen it there before.
I saw many orbs and on this occasion 3 triangles. However the main event was a very huge cylinder/ cigar. Whilst staring at the orbs directly west from me leaning out of my window, I felt a cold blast of air coming directly from above. It was very cold.As I was leaning out of the window I turned my neck and saw a straight cloud over a hundred yards long over my house . There were not any other clouds visible. So I went downstairs and went into the garden . There above my house and moving very slowly directly south was a cigar with what looked like dry ice or vapors or a cloud cloak. It moved out over my neighbors house and then hovered for over two hours (about am-4am). It was huge really huge. I have never seen anything this close. It was at an angle of about 10 degrees. Totally silent.It moved over towards the west less than 200 yards and stayed there, over the store at the end of my road.It was there when I went to bed at 6 am.
When I woke up at midday it was there still but faded almost like a chemtrail .However as there were no other cigar clouds and it was in the same place and the same length and shape I can only conclude it was the same object. Saturday evening whilst watering the Garden the cigar had moved and was now directly north about half a mile away. This was about 6:00 p.m..

Pickering Nuclear Generating Station, Ontario Object Dark And Rectangular
Date: June 25, 2007

Shape of objects: Small and rectangular.
Full Description of event/sighting: I am hesitant to make a report like this but the object I observed over the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station on the 25th of June, 2007 was very similar to that reported over the station by other people so it made me realize that I wasn't the only one who thought that this object was a bit odd. I would appreciate that my name not be used (even my first name) as my credibility may come into question if this information became public knowledge.
I presently work at the Pickering Nuclear Generating station near Toronto and I witnessed the object described over the station by others on the FILER'S FILES # 26 - 2007 report.
My first sighting of the object happened on the morning of the 25th of June, 2007. I was leaving the security building to enter the administration building when I glanced up to see an object that seemed rectangular in shape. The object was fixed in a horizontal position hanging over the back of the turbine auxiliary bay on the A side of the building.
What caught my attention was that it was something I had never noticed from that location before and because it was so perfectly stationary I stopped walking to take a better look. At first I was thinking that it may have been part of the superstructure on the top of the building as it was so immobile. After thinking about it for a few moments I concluded that it must be part of the building and it was connected by a guide wire or something. I dismissed the original sighting as being irrelevant and went inside and quickly forgot about it.
Around 9:00 AM I had to attend to a job I was involved with out in the screen house building located behind the plant. (South of the main building toward Lake Ontario). After walking from the screen house going west I looked up and saw the same object again and this time it was a bit higher and now located about 200 feet, above and slightly west of the vacuum building structure. (The top of the vacuum building is about 200 feet and this was about 200 to 300 feet above it). I watched it for about 5 minutes and it did not move. When I say this I really mean it. It was absolutely stationary and that is the reason I stood there watching it. In my mind no objects in flight are so stationary and that is the reason it caught my attention.
After watching it for a bit I saw a friend of mine and I pointed it out to him. His analysis was that it maybe a kite being flown from Frenchman's Bay, located to the west of the plant. I was somewhat inclined to agree with him and went back into the plant to continue my work.
Later on in the morning I had the opportunity to walk out to the back of the plant again and I looked up to where it was and it was gone. I searched the sky and to my amazement I saw it again. It had changed locations. This time it was situated over the cooling water inflow behind the vacuum building structure at about even with its height (around 200 feet).
I watched it for a couple of minutes but again dismissed it as being man made as I figured it had to be.
Later on in the afternoon around 02:00 PM I walked back out again to see it in the same place behind the vacuum building structure. It had not moved. I again used some excuse to write it off as being explainable as I had no other evidence to suggest otherwise outside of its very stationary position in the air that did not seem natural in my mind.
When I looked for it the next day there was nothing to be seen. The object was no longer there.
I have been looking since but have not seen anything unusual. I will keep looking as it has intrigued me and I really want to know what that object was.
It reminded me of some sort of surveillance drone as it seemed to be observing plant activities. In retrospect I should have informed security but I was thinking they wouldn't even follow it up. The reason I say this is that during the day I told a number of people about the object and they responded in such an apathetic manner that I was dissuaded to tell anyone else.
The object was dark and rectangular and may have been the size of a 45 gallon drum. It was positioned horizontally not vertically. I did not have any magnifying device so it was not very discernable.
I don't make any claims that this was not a man made object but its behavior was quite peculiar.

North Fambridge In Essex, U.K. A Formation Of Lights (Photo)
Date: July 1, 2007
Time: 12:30 a.m.
Sat 1st July - We were sitting in the conservatory at 12:30 am when we saw a formation of lights moving from South to North over North Fambridge in Essex. We all (4) rushed outside and I took the attached photo with my phone. The formation was initially a 4 followed by 2 then a further distinct 4+. They were moving smoothly and with no noise, appearing as balls of light with no shape. We called the police who said they were a Christian group letting off balloons - but there was no way they could move at this speed and against the wind.
I am not easily misled but this was unlike anything I had seen before. Height uncertain (looked low), constant speed and no sound. The police took our phone and address.
Additional Information:
The friends house I am staying at in Essex (UK) faces due south at the rear. About 10 minutes after the sighting we saw a plane traveling from East to West on the normal trajectory for LHR. The plane was much higher and we could hear jet noise, there was little ambient noise in the night sky which is what made the sighting interesting for if the objects were between 1,000' - 5,000" (estimated based on the fact they seemed to be lower than the subsequent aircraft) we would have heard something. The speed and constant formation of the two groups of objects absolutely discounted any kind of balloon - I would estimate velocity of circa 200mph at the altitude we estimated - the aircraft we saw subsequently was higher and had a notably slower relative speed. The objects were intensely bright and self illuminated.
The lights maintained a common height and did not vary on their south - north path.
We were sitting in the conservatory and saw the lights as soon as they came into the southern sky. We quickly moved outside and observed the first cluster (as photo'd) move over the house. We shouted upstairs and my friends 18 year old son saw them from the upstairs front of the house continue traveling north. As the first cluster passed overhead, a second group appeared at exactly the same point in the southern sky and mirrored the journey characteristics of the first cluster. By this time I was on the phone to the police and was describing the sighting as the second group passed overhead. There were no subsequent sightings.
The lights were too far apart to be part of a large single object. There was no shape apart from just spherical lights. The lights did not illuminate anything. The relative position of the lights to each other did not change, neither did their velocity. I would have dismissed the sighting if there was any sound but there was absolute silence. The weather pattern of the evening was westerly prevailing showers but the sky had cleared and the movement of the objects was at 90 degrees to the weather pattern, which was mild at the time with a clearing sky.
Total time of sighting the objects was about 20-30 seconds making a total sighting time of 1 minute as there were 2 distinct "formations". (diamond shapes with a couple of lights "outside" formation)
The lights were at absolutely constant brightness. As I mentioned, they seemed to stay a constant distance apart with absolutely no variation in speed or
direction/height.
That is about all I guess. I am 47, have a scientific upbringing, not prone to exaggeration and 4 adults all saw the same thing.

Dickinson, North Dakota Dave Talks On Film About An Amazing Sighting (Video)

HBCC UFO Research Note: The gentleman who will see in this short video documentary is Dave. (link at the bottom of this report) Dave is the man who reported and sent me the video footage I reported on just recently of his own alien abduction. I have had the footage since Thursday as it arrived really quickly. Right now I am getting the footage of the unknown goings on lightened so when released to the internet everyone will get the chance to see what is going on. I played the VHS video tape in my VCR and had to use the brightening selection on my 32 inch tube TV to lighten the film to be able to see what Dave was describing in the film. And yes, there is something very weird going on, if an alien abduction or some kind of entity, what ever it is, it can be seen and is really fascinating to watch.
So I am getting this portion/entity footage lightened. For now I thought I would introduce you to the man who sent the video footage, in this portion of the footage Dave did a video documentary on some of his sightings, where he uses his video camera to show where the sightings were in relation to his home and in the sky. There are more bits of footage to put together on other sightings he has had, but I thought we would at least get going on something here.
What you will see in this short 1:50 minute clip is Dave talking about the triangular lights, and what a show it was. I have the full version of the sighting here on tape, and it is amazing to watch on a large screen. On the computer we don't see the star wars like battle, or maybe a better wording would be two craft to the right hand side of the screen sending what "might" be power to one another, this honestly was wild.
I placed a link below to take to you the footage of the triangular lights and still pictures, and of course the report on this and almost forgot a mp3 telephone interview I did with Dave over the triangular lights seen that one night.

Westbank, British Columbia Two UFOs - One Hits The Lake

Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.
HBCC UFO Research Note: This is a very interesting report, and since reports have been coming from the entire area I was wondering if other people who may have been witness to the objects, and sound would you please file a report on the event to HBCC UFO Research.
Message: Ok I don't know what happened last night but It was the most frightening, incredible, and down right terrifying thing I have ever seen!!!!! Ok, so I was walking my dog along the Beach in Westbank, BC and Minding my own business at close to 11:00 PM on the 2nd of July (yesterday) and I seen this really really, really big bright thingy that looked something like a, well, I don't know, but it didn't fit the usual description of a UFO round thing, it looked somewhat like a Torpedo or something with wings, kind of like a fighter jet, screaming across the sky and downwards on fire. It crashed into the lake and it was a big splash, almost like a large, large plane!. The sound was incredibly loud and like a deep bass "womp womp womp" sound as it came down. I ducked for cover thinking of a meteor or asteroid or something. I started to freak out and yell and as I was standing up, something came literally shooting back out of the water and I saw it start to hurtle towards a different looking object very high in the sky, which kind of looked like a cone of some sort. I saw what looked like what you would see in a star wars movie for the bullets of the blaster kind of things coming from the object that just was in the lake and I heard a loud bang that knocked me off my feet and I looked up to see what the heck was going on and the cone shaped object was gone and the torpedo thing was just hovering. Moving from side to side almost confused and then a loud sonic boom and it was gone. People came running out to me as I screamed loudly and people asked me what happened. What was I going to say, I just saw two UFOs? Not likely. What the heck could have this been?
