Northern Saudi Arabia Desert Military Man Recounts V- Shaped Formation
Date: Jan-Feb 1991. Time: Varied - Midnight to 3:00 a.m.
Location of Sighting: Northern Saudi Arabia Desert.
Number of witnesses: Multiple. Number of objects: 1-2
Shape of objects: Unknown, but lights in V shape.
During Desert Storm, my unit was staged in the northern Saudi Arabian desert, about 50 miles south of the border with Iraq. On at least two occasions, as I was performing perimeter guard duty in the early morning hours, I was sitting on the edge of the perimeter, scanning the area to my front, when I suddenly had the feeling that something was over me. I looked back over my shoulder, and saw what appeared to be 5 lights, almost identical to the brightness of stars, in the shape of a V flying above me. It was a moonless night, but in that part of the desert, starlight shone brightly, and whatever this thing was appeared out of no where. What struck me as strange is that it made no sound at all, but it looked like five stars moving slowly over my unit. I kept watching as this thing passed over my unit, and then moved beyond me and slowly out of sight. As it passed over, all that could be heard, was the faint sound of a rush of air, like a low wind blowing. I have no way of judging the size of this object, as I could make out no shape of an object, only V shaped lights, but compared to the size of a Boeing 747, a plane of that size to have lights spread to those dimensions, would only possibly be 100 feet off the ground to be that size.
Within five minutes, this cluster of V-shaped lights flew silently over again. Twice in one night.
What was surprising in this, I was not the only person in my unit that saw this thing. In fact, nearly every person in my section at some time or another saw this cluster of lights silently flying over our site. I happened to see it again on a separate night of guard duty, only this time, I also had a set of night vision goggles with me. The thing flew over again, and I tried my best to train my goggles on it, but the only thing I could make out were the five lights, no form or outline of the object could be made out.
I recall reading accounts of the Fort Stockton flying boomerang sightings in Texas, as well as the infamous "Phoenix Lights" sightings in 1997, and descriptions of both of these sightings, sound very similar to what the Soldiers in my unit witnessed during Desert Storm in 1991. I am still serving in the US Army, so I withhold my name and address, but wanted to share this with you.

Vernon, British Columbia A illuminated Craft Comes To A Hover
Date: June 2000. Time: Approx: 2:00 a.m.
I find this very interesting, I was living in Vernon, B.C. in June of 2000 and was working as a care giver for a quadriplegic. I had just finished getting up at about 2:00 a.m. to perform some care for her. I went out for a smoke and was looking at the lake when a very bright light came in over the hill and hovered over the lake. I first thought it was a search and rescue aircraft, but realized there was no sound and the whole craft was illuminated and it wasn't just a search light. I watched it for about 2 to 3 minutes then the light dimmed and it took off straight at a high speed behind the hills and was gone. I always thought it was just my imagination, but maybe not

Hillsboro, Oregon A Black Triangular Craft

My mother and I were walking out to feed our animals. Then, out of the blue from over the trees about 30 yards away from us, I saw a black triangular object flying faster than any aircraft I have ever seen and this aircraft was absolutely quite. Also, it was really quite low. It had a single bright light on each point and one in between two of the points. Then, it slowed down over our barn and us and then sped away quicker than it came

North East Texas (Richland Chambers Creek) A Large Burning Object Calls To Radio Station
Date: June 20, 2007. Time: 10:00 - 11:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: North east Texas.

Shape of objects: Large burning.
A large burning object the size of a building flying and appearing to be crashing in the Richland Chambers Creek area. I was en route per work and listening to local talk radio in which lines were abuzz about hundreds of witnesses asking about the flying object. They called FTA (I think it's called) and they were told to say "No Comment" in which they did and the incident, no further comments were made about the subject and was hush hushed. No reports of any kind in local papers whatsoever.

Thermopolis, Wyoming Two Bright White Lights
Date: June 21, 2007. Time: 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Thermopolis, WY.
Number of witnesses: 3. Number of objects: 2
Shape of objects: White.
Two bright white lights travelling one in front of the other flying south. There was no sound what so ever and judging by the brightness they must have been fairly low. They were travelling at a high rate of speed, not enough to break your neck watching them, but enough to where they should made a loud roar flying over head. Three nights earlier I say what was a very similar white light. It was much later in the evening around 11:00pm. It was coming from the same direction (NW) rather than passing overhead it went vertical at a very rapid pace. The colours changed at it got smaller (white, yellow, orange, red) then disappeared. I would say it travelled around two inches of sky in about 3-4 second before disappearing. This night was very clear and free of clouds. I read the posting from Loveland, Colorado on the same night and am assuming they were the same lights as he described exactly what we saw. There were no navigation or other lights other than the bright white ones on either sighting.

Hello, thanks for your serious dealing with my report. I was thinking the one that changed colour had something to do with the vertical assent as it seemed to go right through a normal colour progression (white-yellow-orange-orange red). It just did it really fast. Up until this incident I had only one other visual sighting (as a marine engineer in AK I experienced a strange radar anomaly) in Alaska where a very high altitude light streaked across the sky much faster than a sat. It also appeared to change coarse (zig zag) twice. It was followed right after by 2 slower moving lights on the same trajectory.

When I parked my car in the Restaurant Parking Lot, before entering the restaurant. I was searching the sky and I saw an unusual glowing star. Then it became dimly lit and moved faster than the planes, until it finally disappeared. So I think that is an UFO.

At about 9:11 pm on June 29, 2007 Friday, my wife and I spotted an object in the sky which we have never seen before when we were driving home along Taylor Kidd and Centennial. Originally, it was like two plates with the same size touching each other by the edge, each of which has a flat top and a relatively sharp bumping bottom. The colour was bright orange. At the beginning, we thought it was just a piece of cloud reflecting the sunset, but we soon realized that there was no other cloud in the sky looking like that. There were a few pieces of cloud in the sky then, but all of them looked high and thin without any other colour except light grey. It was hard for us to estimate the distance and altitude of the object, but I was sure it was above the lake of Ontario. It was stationary, or moving along a fixed direction coincident with our driving direction, so no obvious position change was observed. Because we were driving, there were about 30 seconds we lost it. The next time we saw it again, the shape was changed to an ellipse, like an egg and soon, it fainted out evenly and quickly (in about 4 seconds). What I would like to emphasize again, it disappeared in an amazing way, very even and quick (from the size of a very small egg to an orange dot). It was 2~3 minutes between the first spot and the last.

Maple Ridge, British Columbia Numerous Objects (Photos)
Date: July 2, 2007. Time: Approx: 7:00 p.m.
I am very excited about this. At roughly 7:00 pm pacific time My daughter and I were in her backyard. She lives in a house in a park with baseball diamonds there. She is the caretaker. We saw what looked like a glowing orb behind trees in the sky. It was moving slowly. About a half hour later people were looking up and asking me what are those. I looked up an lo and behold around 20 craft were directly above us. The hovered there for about 10 minutes. Looking at them through binoculars you could see beams of light emitting from them different colors. They were moving slowly and going from side to side. It was witnessed by 30 or more people. We started snapping pictures as fast as we could. Then they left at high speed east. Very exciting. This was in Maple Ridge B.C. near Vancouver.

Kelowna, B. C. Two UFOs - More Eyewitness To An Amazing Sky Event
Date: July 2, 2007. Time: Approx: 10:45 p.m.
Not last night but the night before, I saw something out of this world (no pun intended). It was about 10:45ish at night and I saw two object's in the sky just hovering. They weren't doing much, but something new with most sightings, they were different shaped objects. One was thin and longish, and the other was like a Triangular shape. They kept hovering there, so I got up quickly to run and grab my camera but the next thing I know I hear a smallest bang, almost like a gun, and the longish one starts to hurtle towards earth on fire making a deep sound. kind of like a nuclear generator bass kind of sound. I'm thinking to myself what the hell!
I watched the object and it disappeared at low altitude behind a smallish hill between my neighborhood and the lake. I look up and I see the triangular object make a small circle, come a little lower and then I see it start to hurdle towards the sky at a fast rate, and the longish one reappears from behind the hill no more fire, and ascending at break neck speed and when it gets a little higher, I saw it literally shoot something at the other object and then a very loud bang and the triangular one was no longer visible. The longish one started to what looked like search the sky. It was going north, then south, then east and west, Very quickly, almost like a hummingbird when it goes side to side. Then the object disappeared and I suppose it's departure broke the sound barrier immediately because I heard that sonic boom when the barrier is broken. Anyways, like I said. This seems ludicrous, and after my many years of watching the skies, I finally saw what seemed like two E.T.s duking it out. The thing I find interesting about this sighting though, is that the objects were not glowing eerily like most UFO sightings refer to. It makes the sighting almost that much more "real" if you know what I mean.

West Over Whitby, Ontario A Very Fast Round White Ball Of Light
Date: July 4, 2007 . Time: Approx: 7:02 p.m.
I have just witnessed something out of the norm in the sky minutes ago. At home, at approx: 7:02pm. I came outside facing west on our deck. While standing, I looked up and witnessed a very fast round ball of a bright white light. The speed would be two - three times more than a commercial jet. The size in scale, looked definitely not a conventional aircraft-small. The altitude would be a guess, between 8-15,000 feet. It traveled coming from the west over Whitby, moving directly towards overhead. I watched it in the rich clear sky for about 5-7 seconds and then looked down to the ground. I grabbed my camera out of my bag and within 10 seconds, looked directly up again and lost sight of it. So I snapped a couple of pictures anyway without seeing the object.
I then instantly wondered, where did you go ? Even with the intensity of white light that I witnessed. I figured I would still see it. I was really surprised I lost sight of it. I than ran down the backyard and looked towards the east-pure blue sky. Again looking east, I remained astonished that nothing more could be seen of this thing. I also wondered by it's speed, and how maybe within 30-40 seconds max. So maybe it did disappear, giving I could no longer see it on it's given flight path. Real weird experience encountered here.

It was July 4th evening, my husband had taken our sons to see a fireworks display, and I stayed home. I decided to go outside and try to tape some of the local neighborhood fireworks. Although I am an avid skywatcher, UFOs were the last thing on my mind as I was trying to get the fireworks on film. I set up a tripod in our yard and started taping toward the west since the neighbors across the street were setting off a pretty good fireworks display. A few minutes into taping, I noticed a light in the sky coming from the west heading east. I knew it wasn't a firework so I waited for it to clear a tree line and get closer to our house. When it started flying over our house west to east, I noted that there weren't any little flashing lights to indicate it was a standard airplane or the like. It was just a glowing solid white orb or sphere if you will, floating steadily through the sky on a straight course.
Not too fast nor too slow. It made no sound that I could hear. My husband called during this time to check in, and so I was a little jumpy with the tripod but I managed to tape a good chunk of it before it disappeared into the clouds in the east. As I mentioned, I frequently skywatch, so I am pretty familiar to what is a plane and what isn't. I am still trying to figure out how to transfer the DVD to my PC though. But I did manage to get some stills. The object was taped on a DVD cam.

Really weird, an object in the clear sky and very high, just happened and it was traveling north to south over Arlington Heights, Illinois. (suburb of Chicago) The object was white and cigar shaped at first, then shrunk to a white dot and then disappeared. This was very strange. Hope you hear more about this. The total viewing time was 20 seconds.

My mother and I were in our car driving home from riding my horse. When all of a sudden, for about 5 seconds, we saw a bluish-green round object going through the sky at an incredible speed. Then, disappeared into the night. At the place we saw it there was a huge clearing in the trees. It was pitch black outside. The object was traveling east to west. What could this be?

Black Mountain, Kelowna British Columbia Object Moves Just Above The Tree-Line

My two friends and I were parked in a car near the Black Mountain model airfield at around 2:00am when a round shaped light the size of a small airplane caught the corner of my eye. It was about 20 feet above the tree-line at about 100 meters away from us. The object then started to come down into the trees and float along the tree-line towards us, we started to panicky a little not knowing what it was. The object was changing in brightness and speed seemingly brightening when moving faster.
There was no sound made by the object and it looked as if it were searching for something. After the object disappeared we left for home towards Rutland and that's when we saw a quick flash of light move up towards the sky and disappear.

Fireball Type Object Hovering Over Okanagan Lake
Date: July 7, 2007. Time: Approx: 1:30 a.m.
Hello, I just read an article in the Kelowna Capital News about some UFO sightings over Okanagan Lake last week.
Saturday night at about 1:30 a.m. (July 7) myself and two of my friends saw a similar "fireball" hovering over some trees that are visible from my back yard. This area is not directly over the lake but more towards Winfield. It pulsed gently from yellow to red several times over about five minutes before fading out, flashing brightly once more and dropping straight down behind the tree line. The only manmade object I might conceive it to be was a helicopter, but I've never seen a helicopter with lights this bright or this large. The pattern of light pulsations was irregular and not characteristic of an aircraft light or spotlight. I'm wondering if anyone else reported a similar sighting last Saturday night.

Solid bright short line moving from west to east high in sky followed by blank space. Then followed by bright short line, followed by blank space and then followed by bright short line. It moved at an incredible speed and was gone from sky and sight in less than 10 seconds.

Boysen Resvoir, Wyoming A Bluish Flash & Beam Of Light
Date: July 8, 2007. Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.
Since my first sighting I have seen the reported sighting and another very strange thing last night, July 8 at around 11:00pm. I was at the Boysen Resvoir with my family and we decided to take a evening boat trip to look for rocks at a spring about 5 miles from our camp sight. My boat is small with a very low hp motor, so the trip across took about 45 min. or so. Upon setting out to return we got caught in a huge thunderstorm that had rolled in. With my mom, wife and little brother on board I decided the lightening was too close and I made the decision to turn back and wait it out.
We built a small fire, dried out and after about on hour or so the storm blew over and left us with a beautiful starry sky.We fought a head wind on our return trip and it took much longer than the trip out, around 11:00 or so pm out of the corner of my eye I saw a bluish flash and turned my head and for a very brief moment saw a blue light beam. Not a focused beam more like a wide spot beam. It was around 15+ miles or so from where we were. I quickly told my family that I just saw the strangest thing, in fact I wasn't even sure I had seen at all when out of no where right where we were all looking a reddish orange light appeared and over the next 4-5 min. faded, disappeared
and reappeared. There were some clouds in the sky. I attempted to believe that it was probably just a bright star or planet passing in front of a cloud. On our arrival at shore approx 1000' from the sighting I went to the highest point in the area with a clear view of the area with no clouds in that area of sky there was no star which compared even remotely in intensity.
Seems that there has been a rash of sightings this summer in this area. Not sure what any of it means.
