Sorry to hear you are having trouble Bob. Would suggest there is
acorruption in the software. Much better to buy it on disk with the full
instructions etc.

I also use Norton Ghost and have found it simple to use and install with
good instructions also. However when the msg "do you REALLY want to do
this if you do it will destroy ALL the data that is allready on the drive
you are copying to" or something like that do think twice. I copied my
empty drive to the full drive. Did a really good job of making both of
them empty, once I pressed the yes button all I could do was sit and watch
it destroy 6 months work. Of course I had not made a backup before using
Ghost, I am a bloke for goodness sake.

I have made a bootable copy of my operating system when it was "clean" and
hve used it a couple of times, works well and only takes about 20 mins to
do gigs of info.
