Hi Andy and all,
Yep, certainly said in jest. But, unfortunately there are many that
do not have a problem passing any of the licencing exams, who simply
lack the reading skills and understanding that are nessesary to
operate modern tranceivers to the full extend.
This is not something that is confined to the M3 licencees.
