Interesting. I heard a LU station last night with an very bad frequency
shift. I thought he had a transmitter problem. This was about 1030PDT. I
wasn't watching a waterfall display at the time. Did all signals on your
display bend equally?

TEQ propagation, specially on higher frequencies, has a high incidence of
auroral shift.
On 10 and 6 meters, you can usually tell it's trans-equatorial by just
listening to the deep phase or frequency shift.

Could be, maybe not...phase shift due to auroral influence is heavy in my
QTH, specially with LUs and PYs...just adding my two bits.
