I don't know, but I heard one signal like that yesterday
afternoon. If it was overdrive, it was the worst I have ever seen.
I had considerable difficulty finding the real signal but I
finally did and managed to get his call. I sent him an e-mail
about it and he replied to me so he is aware of it. Not sure if
it's the same one you heard this morning.
