I don't know if I am missing something but here in the UK we are required to
enter the start time and end time of transmision but in Logger it only
allows the start time. Is this as per the reqs in the USA ?

They did away with legal requirement to keep a log in the US years ago.
Many of us still do it anyway, but it is for our own satisfaction.

Subject: [psk31] Logger-Buffer
Hello,
I admire the programming skill of Peter and Bob. Nevertheless I feel the
buffer for the traffic in the Logger program could be somewhat larger.
Unless somebody has found the trick to overcome this drawback I would
kindly ask Bob to think about enlarging this buffer or offer the
possibility to capture the traffic into a file.

Hi,
You can log the ending time in Logger in the comments field in the window
where you enter the mode, call, rst and name. The US does not require us to
keep logs.
Most still do. I use the comment field.

ATTENTION all PSK31 TARA Rumble Contestants ATTENTION
We at TARA have had problems with our server. This made the new TARA PSK31
Rumble OnLine Score Submission Form non-operative.
It is very important to us that ALL participants NOT listed below PLEASE
resubmit your TARA PSK31 Rumble Scores.
The OnLine Score Submission Form is now working correctly and can be found
at http://www.qsl.net/wm2u/score.html or http://www.n2ty.org and follow
the PSK links. The submission deadline has been extended to the end of
October, that is the 31st October 1999. The scoring rules can be seen at
http://www.qsl.net/wm2u/rumble.html or if you have any questions let me
know at Wm.@n2ty.org
We at TARA sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
This system of scoring is new and although we thought it was bug free
