Subject: Getting TCP/IP address

Hello all,

I'd like to know who I should get my TCP address from. I live in Denver
Colorado. According to ampr.org, my local coordinator is Fred Schneider,
K0YUM. I'm in his wife's English class at school and she says he doesn't
issue addresses anymore. Does anyone know where I can get an address? I'd
REALLY like to get on TCP.

Any help would be appreciated.
