If you want 9k6 rather than 1200 then I'd recommend the g4xyw modem which
has drivers in AGW, DOS, BPQ, *NOS, Linux as well as being able to connect
directly to an SCC card or the TAPR disconnect header on a TNC

Check out the web site in the sig

OK, You'll need to put carriage returns in the config.sys at the
apropriate places. They were omited in the transfer. It's easy
to see and fix, but don't forget.

I listed all the programs you'll need and that go in your PCF
(or FLEX) directory. But you will of course need terminal
programs. Get BCT for DOS and (DOS window) in Win98SE
(w/FLex95.LHZ). Make sure you get this working first. Get the
latest version of WInPack too.

bct161.zip & help_en.zip

Anders, please learn how to quote. You appear to be attributing to me
something that I didn't say. I.e. I did not write the above paragraph.

Sorry, but you're wrong about that. You need the Flexnet 32 bit API
documentation. You get that from the Flexnet team. If you ask the person
who wrote NBF, I'm sure he'll confirm that.

Subject: What "works" on Flexnet with soundcard packet????

Here's what I have working so far:

WINPACK - via TFEMU-FlexNet in WIN98SE (PMMX Notebook & VX-1r).

BCT - terminal via Flexnet including a 98 DOS window.

Any "working" APRS *with* soundcard packet?

What else do you have WORKING with soundcard packet.

Anyone doing 9600b or greater (Soundcard).

Any major reason to dump the soundcard for a Baycom type circuit
or something else?

What would you recomend (non-soundcard of course) for a PC/XT?
Which Baycom or whatever?

Thank you
