No it can be use uner win9x, but you need to download he windows part of
flexnet also.
There is one exception the laest baycom driver doesn't work under win98
(but under win95), but the driver tath comes with flexnet 3.3e works also
under win98.
But there wil soon be a new flexnet version out and then will the problem
be solved, it shall work under all win32s.

Subject: TCP IP with FlexNet
Hi everybody,
I would like to make FlrxNet run with tcpip under windows95. I get
FlexNet (with SoundBlaster) work in dos mode, and also under windows,
but not the tcpip. When opening the control panel, i can't reach the 'ip
routes' menu. I have no other lan card. I followed exactly as said the
procedure to install the tcp ip adapter, but it doesn't want to work!!!
Can someone help me with it, who gets it working???
Thanks, 73 de Jean-Loup!
