The only you can do this with radio by a thing called packet radio is to
become an amateur radio ham and converse with only other licensed hams using a
mode called PACKET (x.25).  Any other use of a transmitter without a license
will get you prosecuted resulting in fines and imprisonment.  Try

Isn't it possible to achieve that with low power transmitters and hi gain
antennas?
Like the no licence radios at the supermarket?
Or on the CB band?

Cause I dont want that on my hamradio band, if it's a private radio LAN....

Here we have a portion on 2.6Ghz for just about anything...
