No need for that, Einstein; He can simply go to any of the exising CB
newsgroups or take a gander at one of the hundreds of European CB-Packet
websites.
Too complicated for you? I'm not surprised.

You ain't done shit and you know it. All you do is operate a third-
rate PBBS and hang out on the internet and argue with everyone that
doesn't kiss your fat ass. How anyone like you, who alienates everyone
you come into contact with, can claim to have done ANYTHING to bring
ANYONE together is beyond me. GET A LIFE!!!

That's right.... you try to tell everyone what's "proper" on packet, so
it makes sense that you'd be telling people what's "proper" in Usenet
too. Do us all a favor.... find another hobby!!

The fun part is that whining about what's supposed
to be in which group results in far more posts
than if the original question was just answered in
the first place.
97.1 The rules and regulations in this part are
designed to provide an amateur radio service
having a fundamental purpose as expressed in the
following principles.
97.1 (b) Continuation and extension of the
amateur's proven ability to contribute to the
advancement of the radio art.*
97.1 (e) Continuation and extension of the
amateur's unique ability to enhance international
goodwill.**
* Note that 91.1(b) doesn't say "amateur radio
art". Parts 91.1(a), 91.1(c), and 91.1(d) mention
the amateur service by name. It hardly seems
accidental that these words are left out in
paragraphs b and e.
In other words, being generally helpful rather
than an international pinhead is a requirement of
the regulations governing US amateur operation,
and thus a matter of federal law. (For those of
us that don't have the common sense to do it
anyway.)

Ever notice how the really "big-boy" types that want to talk real bad have a
tendency to *attempt* to hide their identities?
I usually do not equate cowardice in a discussion with relevance.
Cowardice, lying... It's all part of the same basic lack of character.
