In addition to the 144.91-145.09 MHz range, try 145.51-145.79 MHz.  I know
there's BBS activity south and southeast of Chicago on 145.57 and 145.65,
and DX cluster links on 145.51 MHz.

Subject: FS @meter rig

HTX 242 9 mo old.. with packet to TNC (kantronics) cable, manual, mobile
bracket and dtmf microphone. Good radio no problems just not playing with
packet anymore...  190.00 dollars.. shipped..
