Yes, have set up scanner for all listed packet frequencies in Chicago area.
So far no packet racket.  I had it scanning on the way into Chicago, even.

In Holland (Europe), CB is done in FM and it's legal to send Packetradio
on some channels. I don't know how to do packetradio with the soundcard
cause i've got a radio with build-in tnc. (TH-D7e)

"Our friend here" has done more than any other Ham in the US to bring
together European and US digital Hams, moron. Next time, take the trouble to
find out who you are shooting your mouth off about.

Sorry you are too ignorant to understand why CB related discussion is not
appropriate on a Ham-Radio newsgroup. Most of us have no trouble
differentiating between Ham Radio and CB... Sorry you do.
