Who said I didn't? I acknowledged that the question was off-topic, but I was
also SMART enough to recognize that there isn't another appropriate forum to
ask the question in. Furthermore, the off-topic portion of the question was
merely the incidental use of the technique in another radio service. It seems
more relevant that the question did ask for digital (i.e. "packet") radio
information, which is within the topic demonstrated by the name of this
newsgroup.
Secondly, as stated before, had you bothered to notice where the question was
coming from, you would not have spouted off about what this guy was
considering
being illegal, because in fact, it is not illegal where he is located. I see
no attempt where you acknowledged the fact that he is not here in the United
States and therefore NOT subject to our laws. You arrogantly assumed that
what
he was planning is illegal simply because it is illegal where you live. Your
attitude speaks for itself.

Another semi-literate jerk who cannot differentiate between Ham Radio and
CB.
How would you like it, Bub, if a certain Ham started hanging out on the
CB -related newsgroups spamming the CB'ers?
SPAM off, jerkoid. Sorry about you being too ignorant to figure out why they
name the newsgroups as they do.

True, in general. However, a mail domain ending in ".nl" is probably from the
country that has that TLD - The Netherlands. Then if one doesn't believe
that,
go snooping with "whois" servers, etc.
