Subject: Flexnet engine

I need some help with the Flexnet engine that I have just downloaded and
read about *thouroughly*. The bastard thing just refuses to work. I set all
the IRQ's and DMA's correctly for my SB Vibra16 and connect the radio
(Kenwood TH-42E) *exactly* the way they suggest for listening (let's start
with the basics first :¬) and then switch off the squelch - just to get
noise through the line as a test. When I run SMDIAG and tell it to listen
with no DCD I still get no signal. What am I doing wrong. Is SMSBCFDX the
correct prog to use for my card? - I've tried the others but still with no
success

Cheers all
Kyle 2M1DIQ

PS Any info about Packet in general would be nice cos I am just coming back
to AR after a 4 year gap and I am not at all up to date with it!!
Incidentally - did I read right that my callsign could now be 2T1DIQ with
the new Scottish Parliament. Does it get changed automatically or do I have
to write away to change it??

Subject: Linux TNC Networkable Terminal Program

I just posted the lastest version of my tnc program for linux on my
website.
use it as a terminal program for your tnc, mines a pk232, but should
do others.
has a big scroll back buffer.
run it on two machines and share the tnc over tcp/ip.
allows you to operate from remote locations, or just check to acivity.
logon as the remote, and the scroll back buffer is downloaded from the
host to the remote.
once configured, very simple operation, no big networking stuff to
know.

What happens when you set it at 1900 ?

If you do have to change over, don't forget NNABBS.

Hi!
Well I like TSTHWIN (2.20a) most.
Works great. Look at http://www.r-j.it/servizi/hp/ik1gkj/ik1gkjuk.htm
