There are several ways to do this... The best of them all is FlexNet.
Go to my URL, listed below, then push the "FlexNet" button you will see

I am looking for dimensions for a J-Pole for 70 cms.

Subject: J-Pole Dimensions ?
Bottom "U-Bend" section, about 1/4-wave, top section (above U-bend section)
1/2 wave. Knock one up out of thick copper wire, brazing rod etc and trim
for best swr, then replicate in whatever material you choose. A "Slim-Jim"
is the same size but has the extra top U-Bend section for wider bandwidth.
