hams who do not have E-Mail or who are in some remote location where the
phone lines do not reach. If you send Packet Address and E-mail
address in the body of the message.

I was in this situation last winter in Arizona and had no success in
finding a Ham with packet who would be willing to act as a link for me
to the E-Mail world and my Non-Ham friends who had e-Mail.

Of course all the Ham Rules apply ie: no Naughty words, pics or
commercial stuff.

Hi John,

I have a spare manual for the PK-88 available. It is an original (not
a copy), and is in good shape. $ 15 plus shipping from Florida.

Thanks.

Ken, W8EK

Yeah, I did some searching and found that its only the PK-96 that is
supported.

Thanks for the Info!

What does the documentation for X1JR4 say about which TNC's are supported?
If your PK88 is not on that list (and I believe it is not) then you are
wasting your and everyone else's time in attempting to use it for this
purpose.
