I don't think the moonlanding was a fake. I cannot be...
Some weeks ago I saw a tv documentary on a german channel about
this subject.

They came with all kind of arguments the moonlanding would have
been a fake; eg with this one:

When a big rocket takes off you first see (cold) gasses coming out
of the engine. After ignition a bright beam of burning gasses
can be seen. Then the rocket takes off. We all have seen this once.

The original b&w footage of NASA shows the moonlander taking off
with the astronauts in it. On the moons surface they had placed
a video camara that transmitted it all to earth. It goes up very quickly.
No slow start at first but an instant take off, like a housefly
flying off the kitchen table.

The problem is, on the footage, there is no trace of burning gasses,
smoke, gasses or anything else.

In the documentary were arguments about the "fake horizon" on the footage,
the astronauts spacesuits that would not have withstand the
hazardous radiation at the time, the astronauts footprints in the
moondust did not look right, etc.

There is probably an explanation for it. At the time the Russians
never said it was a fake. I'm sure they monitored it all and certainly
would have said something about it if it was a fake.
