  I wonder how many packeteers managed to read Kenny"s bulletin.
    I first tried to read it as I read most bulletins, and it didn't make
much sense , so I copied it to a file and edited it . To my surprise I got
around FOUR to FIVE lines of text on my screen for what at first appeared
as a single line . Apparently the software that Kenny uses has wordwrap at
about  300  characters  . I wonder if the reference to TELNET in the footer
has  any  significance  .  At  any rate Kenny you would have more chance of
being read if you keep lines down to 80 odd characters like 99% of senders.
