Hi Peter and all,
Can't you see through the smoke screen? DARPA is a DoD think tank that
used to advertize on the internet for brains to pick until "homeland
security" forced them to switch tracks. Now they're picking university
student's brains disguised as competion, in this case they're still
looking to improve the AFV or autonomous fighting vehicle. Original
technology using remote control is in common use by police SWAT teams and
bomb squads.
