The URL below points to an article I have just read.
It points to a more systemic problem that just oil and gives a good explanation
of what ails the worls now in the economic and political fields.
It is not mentioned in the article but I can see why the eruption in Egypt
occurred. Egypt has run up against falling oil export revinues that was used to
subsidise food and a population risen higher that the arible land can support.
