Its an easy answer. It looks like a single unit, but under the mess of
plumbing you find a fuel cell and also a separate electrolysis cell. Oh
and a fine bunch of wires and dedicated computer to switch valves in the
plumbing and relays to switch the power. So put electricity into the
combination unit and it makes hydrogen and oxygen from water. The gasses
are stored. To get electricity back drain the power. The voltage bus drops
a little and the unit stops the electrolysis and starts the fuel cell. OK
it is complicated but it is two units in one. Highly expensive and exotic
as a battery. It has a very high per unit cost. It knows from its computer
set up low bus voltage go fuel cell, high bus voltage go electrolysis. I
suspect this would be rocket science as they would need a thing like this
some time in the future.

A car battery runs at a charging voltage of 13.8, that gives best
performance. An alarm gel battery runs at 13.2 up to 13.5 volts that is in
the charging mode. The gel cell charger also has a form of current
limiting. The wet cell can tolerate higher charge currents but also should
ideally be limited. For my gel cell I use 13.8 volts on a timed run with
that in mind now you know how I get 10 year old gel cells. You need to
limit all aspects of the charging voltage, current and time. Oh and never
- never - never leave the battery with anything but full charge for more
than a couple of days. The crystals' of lead sulphate change crystal
structure over time and then you need to re-crystallize the lead plate in
a battery recycling plant. To us take to the scrap yard and buy a new
battery. Also note a solar panel is not a mains supply. The voltage sags
on load when power is taken out. Yes my solar charger is smart, it has two
chargers in one. A trickle charger and a bulk charger both set by a bus
voltage sensor. The switchover to bulk charging has a pot you can set up
as wanted voltage limit.

Andomida galixy on near collision with us. Yes it will hit us at around
the time the oceans boil off with the red giant phase of our sun. Time to
impact 4.5 billion years. For the other people we are quoting Revelations
