Hi Ian and all,
You remind me of Bob Dylan; "No I ain't gonna work on Maggie's farm no
more." (;->) Yeah I know from a few visits that where livestock are
concerned there's a lot of shoveling involved, what goes in comes out!
I'm familiar with compost too on a smaller scale however, I as well as a
few neighbors had gardens and composting turned organic waste into
fertilizer and the liveliest fishing worms I've ever seen. Yup, I may be
a city boy but my heart is in the country, not down on the farm but close
enough to wave at a neighbor who looks about an inch tall from where I'm
standing.
Well Ian, don't forget which side of the pond you're on. Here we rather
often say "poo" leaving the second percussive off but you're right, only
little kids double it up. On the other hand my pet word was "aah aah"
even though I had no idea that it's the Hawiian word for that particular
kind of lava. Oh no, don't argue it with a Hawaiian or you might make
Pele angry. (;->)
