Actually the study said 500 mg of caffeine, not 500 mg of coffee. Different
studies cite different amounts of coffee, but somewhere between 2 and 5 cups
of coffee per day had a good effect. More study is needed to know just why
the coffee seems to have that good effect. It may be the caffeine or it may
be tied to something else having to do with the coffee. Anyway, drinking the
coffee would seem to be a pretty good idea.
