An item on TV a week or so ago suggested that 500mg of coffee/day could be
a successful treatment/preventative for early onset Alzheimers syndrome.
Like many people, it worries me if I find myself unable to remember a word
immediately.
Is it a sogn of senile dementia - or something worse.
I hardly ever bother with coffe and I have no idea how many cups = 500 mg
but have some and
have been having a couple of cups every morning. It could be my
imagination but my memory seems to have iomproved.
It's worth a try or ,at least, look it up on the 'net.
