Hi Ian,
I can tell you its all rubbish!! My dad who is 74 did nothing but drink
coffee and he has Alzheimer's...He's gone From normal to a complete
vegetable in two years after drinking 5 or more cups of coffee every day!!
Not a nice thing for a son to witness.
