Yes, why not..
actually it is not all that easy to construct a ladder line (one that
looks like a ladder: wire and spacers, and air to fill in the rest) that
is much below 400 Ohms or above 800 Ohms.
Say the wires are 200mm (8") apart,
To go over 800 Ohms, they would have to be thinner than 0.5 mm (20 mils)
To go below 400 Ohms, they would have to be thicker than 14 mm (9/16 ")
450 Ohm line does not have very thick wire, but considerably more plastic
than ladder line has.
