Barry, at least YOU seem to have a grip on ITU rules even if others
don't. THEY make the rules, the RA FOLLOWS the rules! (GRRRR! Just plain
fed up wit gross ignorance!)
Andy, the RA is not mad, if you have a gripe, tell it to the ITU!!!
If a message is INTENDED to be transmitted via RADIO anywhere in the
world the originator MUST have a proper license for the radio service
which retransmits it, PERIOD, END OF DISCUSSION! (hopefully)
