(To serve)
Slice cooked beetroot into a bowl. Dissolve about 2 tablespoons of sugar in a
little boiling water, add pepper and salt to taste, add about ½ cup of vinegar
and water mixed. Pour over beetroot, and serve when cold with cold meat,
salads, etc.ö

maker of baking powder, custard powder, cornflour and jelly crystals.
