Hello Ian and Warren and others munching along....
Ian,. Did I read it or now, that you were going to heatup or
brown in a skillet, some leftover chips and some potatoes
from a previous meal? Never tried browning chips or mushing
them with the potatoe. My problem is getting them deep brown
and I use an old cast iron skillet we use over the campfire.
Another problem to getting them to that nice dark browned look
is burning, as the skillet starts to smoke.... bummer.
Anyhow..do let us know how you did.
