"Pelorus Cake

Ingredients
8 ounces (220 grams) Butter
8 ounces (220 grams) Sugar
3 eggs
12 ounces (340 grams) flour
1 moderate Teaspoon Baking powder
4 ounces (100 grams) each Peel, Sultanas and Cherries
1 Tablespoon Warm Water
Cream butter and sugar together, add well-beaten eggs, flour and baking
powder mixed, then fruit, and lastly water. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at
350 degrees Fahrenheit (170 degrees Celsius)."

maker of baking powder, custard powder, cornflour and jelly crystals.
