"Peach Chutney

Ingredients
4 pounds (1.8 kilograms) Peaches
1 pound (450 grams) onions
1 pound (16 ounces or 450 grams) light brown sugar
1 pound (16 ounces or 450 grams) Raisins
1/2 pound (8 ounces or 225 grams) Peel
1/2 pound (8 ounces or 225 grams) Preserved Ginger)
3 ounces (85 grams) Salt
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 1/2 pints (900 millilitres) Vinegar
Instructions
Chop peaches, onions, etc. Put into preserving pan with remainder of
ingredients. Boil 1 hour. Bottle and cork when cold."

maker of baking powder, custard powder, cornflour and jelly crystals.
