Ginger Bread

Ingredients

2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
4 ounces (100 grams) butter
1 teaspoon ginger powder
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup milk

Instructions

Melt butter, sugar & golden syrup in a saucepan on a stovetop element. 
Let it cool for a few minutes. Add milk and baking soda. 
When the mixture becomes bubbly, add it to a flour & ginger powder
in a mixing basin. Stir well.

Pour into a greased loaf tin, lined with parchment paper.
Bake in an oven for one hour at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (170 degrees
Celsius)
