Cocktail Crackers

Sift 1 1/2 cups flower into a bowl
Mix together 1/5 cup mayonnaise (commercial)
1 Tablespoons vinegar
1 Tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pour on 3 tablespoons oil, but do not stir.
Stir all this mixture into the flour to make a stiff dough.
Roll out on a lightly floured oven tray to 3millimetre thickness.
Cut into 5 cm squares.
Bake at 200^ degrees Celsius (400^ Fahrenheit) for 8 to 10 minutes.
