"Coconut Dreams
Typed by ZL1ABS
Ingredients
4 ounces (100 grams) Butter
4 ounces (100 grams) Brown Sugar
1 Breakfast cup Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Cream butter and sugar; add sifted flour and baking powder. Press into a
greased flat tin and bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees
Celsius).
Topping:
2 Eggs
1 Breakfast cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 1/2 Tablespoons Flour
1 1/2 cups Coconut
1 cup Chopped Nuts
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Beat eggs, add sugar and remainder of ingredients. Pour over first mixture
and bake slowly until brown (40 to 45 minutes) at 325 degrees Fahrenheit
(165 degrees Celsius)."
