Orange Crisps

Ingredients

4 ounces (100 grams) butter
1 packet (85 grams) Orange jelly crystals
1 ounce (25 grams) Sugar
1 egg
2 ounces (50 grams) Coconut
2 ounces (50 grams) ground rice
4 ounces (100 grams) plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of Salt

Instructions

Cream butter with jelly crystals and sugar. Add stiffly beaten egg and
then dry ingredients previously mixed together, place in small spoonfuls
on a cold greased tray and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
(180 degrees Celsius).

maker of baking powder, custard powder, cornflour and jelly crystals.
