"Apricot Delights


Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar 
1 egg
1 heaped tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 heaped teaspoon Custard powder 

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar together, add the egg, then mix flour, baking
powder and custard powders together, and add gradually to mixture. Place
in greased patty tins on cold oven shelf, and bake ten minutes at 350
degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius), then place a small teaspoon of
apricot jam on each, and bake 3 minutes longer."

maker of baking powder, custard powder, cornflour and jelly crystals.
