Not in this case: they are 2 different messages having
the same 'body text'; see the different GMT time of both
messages. They were sent by forwarding towards the obcm:

in several kinda (message) modes...

The manual input like the above format continue to function
on the JNOS2 too, and the created/saved message is correctly
BIDed and normally forwarded outbound.

Hope that the fwd feature will be re-enabled soon :)
