The US IPA NEVER REGISTERED THE IPA LOGO with the Library of Congress, but
the IPARC DID, so it turns out that IPARC have the LEGAL right to use the
LOGO in the USA but the IPA does not.Quite a turn up for the book.
I see on my letter from Will that IPARC stickers are in use over there,NEW
DESIGN.
I think I put out the news of 80mtr.net in the last newsletter, will still
give it a go at 1600hrs until conditions improve at 2000hrs. But do not
forget we may have to move quite a bit to find a clear freq.
