Hi Warren,

this broadband noise is not permanent. This evening the 30 m band is 
normal. The spectral density distribution of the noise signal has 
minima and maxima. Demodulated in position AM you can hear noise with 
a weak but heavily distorted AF signal that correlates to the audio 
of the amplitude modulated BC signal at 9.950 MHz.
I didnīt understand the ID of this defective BC transmitter because 
its modulation is distorted and probably in arabic language.

Itīs not a DRM station (digital radio) that generates this qrm.
